Refund and Return Terms and Conditions
  1. All phone orders must be faxed with your signature & description
    of your order.
  2. No refunds on parts not needed.
  3. No returns after 10 business days from date of invoice, unless otherwise stated on the receipt.
  4. Returns must be accompanied with a receipt.
  5. Shipping charges are not refunded, if you order wrong part.
  6. No returns on electrical parts, replacements of defective part only.
  7. Cores must be returned to McKee Auto Parts with receipt to receive core charge back. Engine and Transmission cores must be complete unless otherwise stated on receipt.
  8. All motor and transmissions must be installed by certified mechanic or all warranties void.
NOTICE: Engines - on all second hand engines we would advise fitting a new oil filter and changing the oil as these cannot be guaranteed.
The seller, McKee AutoParts hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and McKee Auto Parts neither assumes or authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sales of these parts. We are not responsible for any loss caused from installation, removal, repair, replacement, or use of this merchandise.

Our liability from all causes is limited to the value of the good sold or furnished and the value is listed as selling price on the invoice in the amount column. If goods are defective we will not be responsible beyond the value of the defective piece sold, nor will we, in any way be responsible for any damage or expenses occasioned byu the defective goods.
